Pros
No Pros about this company. Work culture getting worse day by day. Inexperienced and Unskilled Management. No transparency.
Cons
They trap innocent freshers, treat them like slaves and give threats. Salary Issues, they expect their employees to work 24*7 and to meet deadline but they don't afford to pay salary on time. They've different HR policies for different employees under different project managers to make sure everyone get harassed. Very few (2-3) experienced and wise tech people. Harassment of employees is common here. Team parties and outings are for show off. Very less salary compare to IT market standards, twice appraisal process is illusion. Not a place for talented people.
