In the 5 years I had been with the grant maker, they had numerous strategy redesigns, which make the future uncertain for staff. Currently going through a global transition for a 2nd time, resulting in more job losses. I would never recommend working here, Management only sees to their own needs, no growth opportunities for admin staff
