Pros
Enriching work (if you are on the right team- otherwise, you will suffer through a daily slog). The benefits are excellent. The pay is good but could be higher.
Cons
Incompetent and messy leadership. No care for employees beyond the occasional mismanaged, half-hearted bone toss. No real mission anymore. Impossible to get your footing now as all jobs are time-limited. You are out of luck if you have a bad manager. Growth is next to impossible. Leadership will step all over you and your convictions to fund their friends and their pet projects.
