Open Society Foundations

Is this your company?

Turbulent work environment, kind of traumatized, but nice peers - Officer Open Society Foundations Employee Review

Pros

The folks who work at OSF tend to be interesting, knowledgable, and pleasant to be around. The pay and benefits are typically great, especially compared to non-profits. If you like the show "Succession" and would like a front row seat to watch it in real life, this could be the place for you.

Cons

For the past five years or so OSF has been an extremely turbulent place to work, and I expect that will continue for the forseeable future. I don't sense that the Board Chair or most people in management have very much respect for the rank-and-file. This can feel demoralizing.
