      Pros

      Excellent leadership. Very driven team with great products. Leadership has a deep rooted interest to see you succeed and very open to not bsing you.

      Cons

      Not a lot of downside. Especially if you are based in the east. They need more support for the western territory, but that's about it.

      Pros

      I'm fortunate to work with people and an executive team that are passionate about what they do. Our product and people are top notch and the company is poised for growth. There is no shortage of work to do and no bored employees.

      Cons

      The workplace and environment have been on the volatile side the past 18 months since bringing in new leadership with some downsizing and a replacement of our sales organization.
