      Pros

      Excellent leadership. Very driven team with great products. Leadership has a deep rooted interest to see you succeed and very open to not bsing you.

      Cons

      Not a lot of downside. Especially if you are based in the east. They need more support for the western territory, but that's about it.

      Depending on who your manager is, the working hours can be quite flexible and you can work from home.

      Cons

      There's quite a bit of the old boy's club going on.

      Great benefits with competitive salaries. Fun, collaborative culture. Small enough to have your voice heard.

      Cons

      Inconsistent workload levels - probably would have smoothed out with time. Career opportunities were limited but will be there with growth
