      Pros

      Not much pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. No Work Life Balance. Almost all 5 days in office. They will pressurize you to do work and will make you feel as you are not competent enough. Its a fear based environment. They will hire you for Java but will make you do some configuration or ERP level stuff bringing down your resume.

      Truly one of the best places to work. The people and the work are both great.

      RTO has been challenging but leadership has been understanding.
