Has patronizing advice for employees on how to best manage their lives, spend their bank holidays, etc. Boasts regularly about company financial success, yet employees are continually stiffed for benefits, compensation, and education reimbursement, etc. Many employees have been without raises for years on end. Even the federal government has cost-of-living increases.
