Pros

Pay is ok - you can ask up to 70k/year +18K annual bonus

Cons

- managers are cold and not present when in time of need - escalations, prioritizations - usually takes a day to get assistance and, after, there is a chance you may be asked to provide explanations as to why you did not respond faster -.- - no proper feedback, no salary increase - almost absent training - no tools - everything is done in excel & word - no process policies, no proper guidelines - colleagues are dismissive and lazy - architects are lazy to fill in their forms and expect you to read their minds - you're expected to do the work without any guidance - work split between teams is ridiculous: US teams handle 2 deals, EMEA between 30 and 100+ deals / head. - HR is absent - or plain lazy, disorganized. If you have issues - God bless if they respond, but will be for nothing as the information will most likely be redundant WARNING: if you join mid month or after - you will not be paid in that month, but the next and none will warn you about it. Overall- ridiculous stupid. Avoid if you want to have a healthy nervous system.

Pros

Pros was that you had a job (and not for long if they find a way to outsource your position in the company).

Cons

Cons are so many to list, but from the leadership in this company being so out of touch with his/her employees, the restructuring done in their company to save some bucks on their end was crazy brutal, firing all of their talented workers to implement automated programs that did not function properly. Overall, horrible experience with OpenText, lies upon lies when it came to growth opportunities and keeping teams in the dark, no communication what so ever. Their business practices were just plain terrible.
