Pros

Flexible workday. Typical corporate attitude from the 1980s.

Cons

This is a Woke company that doesn't practice what it preaches. They make DEI a top priority, and will remove anyone based on anonymous accusations. I saw it happen over and over again, especially to those who belong to a protected class under Federal Law. Forced company progression. It doesn't matter if you like where you are at, or if you are really good at what you do. If you do not wish to progress, they will do everything that they can to force you out of the company. HR is not your friend, and they will use everything that you tell them, or they learn, to force you out. They have reduced their pay rates to what they were paying prior to 2018. Try hiring someone who knows what the current pay rates really are. Especially when they find out that they are expected to be on-call 24/7, which is not in any of the job descriptions. No pay raises. Not even cost of living adjustments. This is a Canadian (for lower taxes) company run by Americans. They were moving as many jobs as possible to India for lower pay rates, but quickly learned that India is no longer as inexpensive as it used to be. The stock price has tanked 50% over the last 4 years, and continues to decline. Those in charge are ignoring the statements made by analysts.
