Pros
I recently completed 3 years with Optimum Medical as an International Account Manager. I started with a strong commercial background in sales and account management but a limited knowledge in International Sales and no experience in Medical Sales. As my 3 years have come to an end I leave as an expert in international Medical Sales. The company has a real sense of collaboration between departments. It has an infectious "Can Do" attitude within the fabric of the office culture. This enabled me to grow and develop faster than I have in any other position. Optimum Medical's culture is definitely derived from the 3 directors who's passion drives the business forward. I can only say great things about Optimum Medical and the people I worked with over the 3 years. I've seen the company go from strength to strength and witnessed continued investment in people and its own infrastructure.

I would of liked more opportunity to increase my salary.
