      Great Company, Strong Culture, Investors in People.

      Pros

      I recently completed 3 years with Optimum Medical as an International Account Manager. I started with a strong commercial background in sales and account management but a limited knowledge in International Sales and no experience in Medical Sales. As my 3 years have come to an end I leave as an expert in international Medical Sales. The company has a real sense of collaboration between departments. It has an infectious "Can Do" attitude within the fabric of the office culture. This enabled me to grow and develop faster than I have in any other position. Optimum Medical's culture is definitely derived from the 3 directors who's passion drives the business forward. I can only say great things about Optimum Medical and the people I worked with over the 3 years. I've seen the company go from strength to strength and witnessed continued investment in people and its own infrastructure.

      Cons

      I would of liked more opportunity to increase my salary.

      I have worked for Optimum Medical as a buyer for over 4 years. Grear company culture: very friendly and pleasant working environment, do not feel any politics, very positive influence from the top management Great flexibility at work, given freedom to change and improve, great work&life balance Great team: professional and responsilable, great fun to work with Top management listens and genuinely cares about the employees Hard work and achevement at work are always recognised and rewarded. The company does lots of different things to recognise and reward people and make it fun environment, such as fully expensed company away day, farmer activity, horse race, go karting, go Ape etc Fast growing business, lots of great opportunities Morden managment style, open & transparent

      A company loooking after its staff

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly but remains at human size which makes communication easier between department. The management organizes regularily events to get employees to spend time together out of work. Plus the work environment is very friendly and international. The business is doing very well and brings lot of opportunities

      Cons

      I am leaving after 2 years because I got the opportunity to start a new position with great responsability at a higher salary.
