      Pros

      Great people a good culture. Experience is very high and extremely hands on when you first start which is a plus. Get to know the industry very well and make some great relationships.

      Cons

      Pay is low and sometimes hours can be long which doesn't help or justify how low to pay is with no overtime. Those who got in early have senior titles and get more opportunities and freedom.

      Pros

      OS is top of its class in terms of sports marketing agencies. They have great people and attract top talent. We work on really cool projects and everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      I've been here for 2 years now and have yet to see a promotion or raise even though my managers tell me in excelling in my role. They also require me to be in office 3 days per week which was not the case when I started here. I live about an hour and a half away which makes my commute draining at times.

      -Easy work -Fun events -Lots of free sports tickets

      Cons

      -Its more about sucking up to upper management than doing good work -Going to happy hours and hanging out is more meaningful than doing your work -Minimal room for growth unless you are boys with upper management -Co-workers never go out of their way to help you learn new things even when you ask for help
