      Pros

      Sport is a great industry. Nice large accounts. Sports perks.

      Cons

      The industry is slimy and is in need of a makeover. Leadership is archaic. Middle management is stifled. However, the most disheartening and damaging experiences I have encountered here have been around de&i and I will leave it at that.

      Pros

      Great people a good culture. Experience is very high and extremely hands on when you first start which is a plus. Get to know the industry very well and make some great relationships.

      Cons

      Pay is low and sometimes hours can be long which doesn't help or justify how low to pay is with no overtime. Those who got in early have senior titles and get more opportunities and freedom.
