Working at Optix has been a rewarding experience for me. As a growing SaaS company, the pace is fast and there is always something new to learn. You are encouraged to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute ideas beyond your day-to-day responsibilities. What stands out most is how approachable the leadership team is. It is not unusual to discuss ideas directly with Product leaders, Engineering, or even the CEO and receive thoughtful feedback. The work environment is calm, supportive, and collaborative. Everyone is focused on their own work, but people are always willing to help when needed. For people who want to learn how a SaaS company operates across support, product, and technical teams, there is a lot of room for growth.

The learning curve can be steep, especially during the transition from training into owning responsibilities independently. As with many startups, processes continue to evolve, and employees are often expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
