      Pros

      There are huge growth chances in all domains and the company also offers on-site training programs and career mentorship for all. With hybrid working, good pay, and excellent perks, I couldn't ask for more.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
