      Pros

      I worked with some very intelligent people and enjoyed the staff interactions for the most part

      Cons

      Shortage of space. Lack of ergonomics. Messy labs and workspaces. Hourly employees have slow accrual of PTO, while exempt employees have unlimited PTO (not a fan of these two-tier systems).

      Pros

      Collaborative and open-minded work culture that prioritizes psychological safety. Lots of opportunities to branch out into your own interests.

      Cons

      I believe that my initial salary was quite a bit below market value but I did receive significant raises afterwards that today puts my salary at a level that I'm very happy with.

      Company claims to care about diversity but does nothing to support or protect their “diversity hires”.
