Pros
I worked with some very intelligent people and enjoyed the staff interactions for the most part
Cons
Shortage of space. Lack of ergonomics. Messy labs and workspaces. Hourly employees have slow accrual of PTO, while exempt employees have unlimited PTO (not a fan of these two-tier systems).
