Pros

There are no pros unless you are very into sales.

Cons

Lying about the position in the interview. He said it was management, but it was actually sales. The business itself is just selling phones in a store for hourly (10 dollars) or commission. If you do not want to sit in a Sam's club or Costco to sell phones, do not waste your time.

Pros

I came to Opus with limited marketing and sales experience and have been taught the fundamentals of direct-marketing in a very short time (under 3 months). The owner has integrity and truly cares for each team member.

Cons

It is challenging to manage a strong work/life balance.

Pros

I have worked a lot of jobs in my life and I have always heard the same thing over and over, hard work pays off. This however, just is not the case anymore. You can work as hard as you can but it will not get you anywhere as an employee. Think about it, if you work hard there is no reason to promote you, because the business is making money off you. Now, Opus.inc is different, if you work hard then you should be promoted and you should be able to teach other people how to work hard and be successful. People in our office are excited and egure to come to work because they can see the bigger picture and want to focus on their goals and what they want to achieve in their career.
