Pros
- Family-orientated business - Close knit team - Clear direction from leadership - Great products - Early finish on Fridays
Cons
- Rubbish salary, although arguably 'in-line' with the area - Divide between downstairs/production and upstairs/office staff - *Some* production staff (including 'leaders') were sexist, misogynistic, racist, and quite frankly rude. Didn't feel comfortable telling HR what had happened due until I left due to fear of repercussions from said misogynists.
