Unless you have worked there for 20+ plus then you will always be an outcast unless your loud and brash where your face fits Managers are very rude but top directors ok No proper training given but expect you to just know how to do things and get angry when you don’t Covid was managed terribly, was supposed to be done fairly but it was coincidentally ‘last in first out’ and jobs were created for specific people to stay Annual leave and wages rubbish Very childish and toxic environment

- Rubbish salary, although arguably 'in-line' with the area - Divide between downstairs/production and upstairs/office staff - *Some* production staff (including 'leaders') were sexist, misogynistic, racist, and quite frankly rude. Didn't feel comfortable telling HR what had happened due until I left due to fear of repercussions from said misogynists.
