Good and timely pay when it comes to salaries

The HR at Orbio lacks understanding of employee engagement, work-life balance, and basic workplace morale. Employees are restricted from casual conversations, bringing food other than lunch, or sitting anywhere other than their designated spots. Any minor rule violation leads to unnecessary drama, creating a stifling and hostile work environment.

There is no work-life balance or employee freedom. The office is run by the owner and his wife, who also acts as the HR, with unprofessional behavior and poor interpersonal skills. Resignation is unnecessarily complicated; employees face hostility and are pressured to meet unfair demands to receive experience certificates and pending salaries. Additionally, the company deducts both the employer and employee shares of PF from employees' salaries, which is illegal. Overall, the workplace environment is restrictive and lacks basic employee support or morale-boosting initiatives.
