      there is no possitives in this company.

      in this company all people from kerala.the team lead in the company worst for ever in my entire life.He is Sadist.he don't know any thing.he presured under his team members.i don't suggest to join this company.lot of work presure and late nights .they don't give any allowences.the ceo is waste and fraud .

      The CEO is an unprofessional. As a engineer i faced lot of problems with the ceo as he would not even credit salary.

      Pros

      The HR at Orbio lacks understanding of employee engagement, work-life balance, and basic workplace morale. Employees are restricted from casual conversations, bringing food other than lunch, or sitting anywhere other than their designated spots. Any minor rule violation leads to unnecessary drama, creating a stifling and hostile work environment.

      Cons

      There is no work-life balance or employee freedom. The office is run by the owner and his wife, who also acts as the HR, with unprofessional behavior and poor interpersonal skills. Resignation is unnecessarily complicated; employees face hostility and are pressured to meet unfair demands to receive experience certificates and pending salaries. Additionally, the company deducts both the employer and employee shares of PF from employees' salaries, which is illegal. Overall, the workplace environment is restrictive and lacks basic employee support or morale-boosting initiatives.
