The best reason to work for Orbis is the relaxed environment. I look forward to coming to work each day. My coworkers are friendly and intelligent. There are regular social activities to provide interaction with coworkers in our office and from other branches. These range in size from cookouts to sailing races in the caribbean. The supervisors are reasonable in their expectations. They are understanding about family commitments. They strongly encourage further education with am incredible reimbursement rate for coursework completed. The company is small enough in size you can get to know everyone by name.
