-Benefits are great -Work is rewarding

-Lazy coworkers -Pay could be better

I enjoyed helping my fellow Oregonians who were in need of unemployment insurance, our managers and leads were patient, kind and knowledgable, our trainings were relevant and helpful, and they were accommodating to my needs when screen time triggered migraine attacks by providing me with blue light blocking screen covers.

It is hard work and can be draining, though I think that if I had more time to get into a flow it would have been less draining.
