Pros

The benefits are great, longer you're there the better they get Depending on the office it can be fairly quiet between the busy periods

Cons

Oregon is a failing state. Which filters down to this work. You'll be dealing with carpenter's collecting unemployment from Mid-November to Mid-January because they won't A-Disallow UI benefits, or B-expedite their benefits. You advance only one retirement at a time You'll send letters to dead business owners asking for information No flexibility in your daily schedule And Pay is not good. But, you're really there for the pension.
