Decent Entry Level Job - Patient Registration Representative Oregon Medical Group Employee Review

Great people to work with, work spread out fairly to all employees, generous PTO.

Covid vax required not easy to get exempt, I loved everything else.

Remote work, Some friendly coworkers , 8-5 schedule , weekends off

Management is a complete joke and have absolutely no idea what they are doing from the Call center trainer to the Director. All they advise “‘we’ll get back to you” when you have a concern and never do. When you ask for an update - you are retaliated on. They start keep extra eyes on you to find any and all ways to have you Fired. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS IS NOT FOR THE EMPLOYEE!! They are the companies “lawyer”put in place to find ways to get employees out before a bigger issue is created or get the employees out with out it looking bad on the company and all blame on the employees. They are not there to investigate but there to find an easy way to terminate you. HR? Do they even exists here? Never heard from them.
