Management breathing down your neck constantly, making major technology decisions without considering the professional opinions of the people that will ultimately deal with the choices. Hard due dates made up around political and marketing decisions (despite warnings from engineers) blame from management constantly even though we warned them. Constant need to CYA and keep email logs, management actively asking you NOT to retain email and instead talk (no record that way). Low pay, high stress.
