Small company, quickly get to know everyone you work with You will gain lots of experience in different areas Educational opportunities available to further your degree/certification
Cons
High employee turnover No training Management is out of touch Low salary for work expected of you When employees leave they do not rehire for the position, just distribute work among remaining employees Do not pay overtime for hours worked over 40 hours Will not stick up for employees when it is a client vs employee situation Often feels very "every man for himself"
