      Location. Middle management and experienced long term employees very good. Safety focus is excellent.

      Cons

      Getting better but still lacks strategy and direction. Talks digital, but that makes no money. Needs strong objective focus on performance and less on favourites.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
