Cons
However, there are some notable drawbacks. Career progression is limited, with few clear pathways for growth or development. Redundancies can happen with little notice, which creates a sense of instability even in well-performing roles. Additionally, some strategic decisions, particularly around staffing, have resulted in the loss of highly skilled and knowledgeable team members.
