Supportive culture, but limited career progression

My time at Orifarm has been largely positive. The company fosters a genuinely kind and respectful culture, colleagues are friendly, and people treat each other well across teams. My direct manager has been especially supportive, creating a collaborative and encouraging environment. Compensation and benefits are strong, and the day-to-day atmosphere is pleasant and professional.
Cons
However, there are some notable drawbacks. Career progression is limited, with few clear pathways for growth or development. Redundancies can happen with little notice, which creates a sense of instability even in well-performing roles. Additionally, some strategic decisions, particularly around staffing, have resulted in the loss of highly skilled and knowledgeable team members. At times, upper management seems underprepared for the long-term impact of these choices.
