Pros
Company is very stable financially. Never have to lay people off. If employees do their job they do not have to worry about job security. The company is fair as they reward good employees and are not afraid to let employees go if they are not doing a good job or don't show up to work.
Cons
Small company that does not offer corporate growth, but that is what all small companies lack.
