Pros

Worked with great people before they all left for better renewables competitors. It's easy to get a job here as long as you worked for a major renewable energy company before even you have irrelevant skills. Compensation was great for one reason - they have outrageously high turnovers and high pay is the only way to keep you from jumping ships.

Cons

1. Every year there will be at least two "great resignations" happening. Most left due to misleading job descriptions and incompetent leaders. 2. They let nepotism fly and it's pretty obvious when working onsite. 3. Everchanging reporting lines and teams - managers come and go due to reasons #1 and #2. They could never be able to finalize their organizational structure, hence go luck with finding the responsible party if you ever need help with something. 4. Managers constantly throw employees under the bus and assign unclear goals without helpful guidance. 5. Never believe in the flexible work arrangement they promised, especially when you're offered a position as a new hire or received a retention package when you're about to exit. 6. They only pay salaried folks monthly instead of twice a month so if you have the patience to wait til the end of each month to get paid then this is the job for you.
