      Pros

      Nice people, Good region, very beutifull place & parks in the kibuz Yakum. Many parking lots. Pay bonuses some times.

      Cons

      Work in the company is done in a firefighting manner. Sometimes projects are brought in in the form of an idea and the development team is required to set up a project in production mode within a time frame that is not related to the proposals. A company run by dinosaurs. There is no vision and it flows with the existing products.

      Pros

      Trust and hard working employees. The company is continues to be innovative which keeps the work interesting, exciting and challenging.

      Cons

      The challenge is being a global company. All global companies deal with time differences and cultural differences. Orpak manages this well.
