A company that had a good past but now faces unclear future.
Pros
Good and kind people (those who did not leave). HR try to pamper the employees on thursdays with chocolates/activities etc. Sometimes (not every year) bonuses are given. Good location-5 minutes away from a train station.
Cons
In some departments, there are more projects than people. In the last year, over 3 team leaders left (this says a lot..) Management doesn't appreciate the employees. A constant demand for working over times (even if it is just by "hints" or "requests". No work-life balance. Very hard (to not-possible) to move between departments. Management is very stressed with constant stress that goes down to the "bottom of the chain". No salary increase. No courses or training. Big and fat management layer. unwelcoming and old building.
