Pros

- Occasional free food or snacks - Hard-working individuals -Bi-annual retreats

Cons

- Management Team sets unrealistic expectations - HR does not keep shared information confidential and makes fun of people with the office door open - Managing partners won't introduce themselves to you or care to remember your name - Employees will stalk your social pages and gossip - High turn over (7 employees left in 4 months) - 3 years after leaving Orr Group and I still have PTSD from my work experience - Don't expect a welcoming committee when you start - They don't keep hard-working employees happy - Not a place that sets you up for success - Mentorship programs are not taken seriously - While on vacation, the precedence is set that you are to respond to emails and texts from your manager - HR is not present at either office - Toxic work environment - -

Pros

Orr Group offers an excellent PTO package, providing over 5 weeks of paid time off, along with a flexible in-office policy. They also present strong opportunities for growth and career advancement, which greatly motivates me. What I value most, however, is the team; my colleagues are incredibly supportive and collaborative, making it a great environment to work in. Pros

Great first job - you're throw in it and it's a good opportunity to learn a ton and experience a demanding role.

Cons

I was on probably too many clients and had a lot of chaos. Management & Exec is spread too thin so it's hard to work with them at times - I found them very smart and helpful when available.
