Inappropriate touching from managers and being constantly hit on by male employees. They only hire women for FOH so they can 1. hit on you, 2. speak over you, and 3. use your beauty to their advantage (sell more). You have to "earn peoples respect" rather than be respected on the basis of being a human. Managers will scream at you in front of customers for minor mishaps while twiddling their thumbs all day. Will comment negatively on your appearance, tell you how to do one thing one day then yell at you and tell you to do it a different way the next. Has no problem punishing you financially for petty personal reasons. Will even commit time theft. Gives servers too many tables to handle then yell at them when they need help. Cutthroat to the point where it's entirely unproductive and causes massive turnover. Unless you enjoy being objectified and treated like dirt, do not work here. It is not worth the money
