- Pay is terrible. Expect to get paid at the award rate, and maybe a little more if you are lucky - Performance Appraisals are an excuse for management to put down their hard working employees. It's a one sided process. - Management doesn't know what they're doing and change their mind often - Toxic work culture, you are asked to spy on your coworkers and report to management - Company is really cheap in general.
