      Pros

      Environment and people are so cordial, good environment to adapt. There have 3-4 talented Senior dev, who are personally and professionally the best and easy to go person.

      Cons

      Less opportunity to flourish and learn new technology. But if you get the right mentor what I get in my last year, would be awesome.
