Honestly it is not a terrible spot if you are just starting off however long term its not a great place to grow.
Cons
Unstructured Hierarchy which leads you to work in other peoples domain when in reality your responsibilities does not include any of the additional work. Guilt tripping will be a primary go to here so thread carefully.
Environment and people are so cordial, good environment to adapt. There have 3-4 talented Senior dev, who are personally and professionally the best and easy to go person.
Cons
Less opportunity to flourish and learn new technology. But if you get the right mentor what I get in my last year, would be awesome.
