Pros

Stocked pantry, allowed to WFH, office located in strategic location

Cons

High turnover rate because of how sucks the company is. They will claim over and over again that they care about the clients but they've never done anything to improve all of their burning problems, especially with Accounting service. Their accountants are burnt out and extremely understaffed. A lot of clients being deprioritised because of it and they're just waiting for them to complain to start taking actions. They have the most bizarre working culture. The dynamics between the Singapore MD and the rest of the employees, how micromanaging she could be. If you're looking for growth opportunities or steep learning curve, you should avoid this company.

One of the best aspects of the company is the people. Colleagues are approachable, supportive, and make even busy periods more enjoyable. iii. Exposure to different clients, industries, and situations provides a steep learning curve, especially for those looking to develop their technical and problem-solving skills. iv. Growth opportunities are available for those who are willing to take initiative and continuously improve.

Cons

i. The pace can be intense during peak periods, especially when multiple deadlines overlap. ii. Performance is measured through various KPIs, which can sometimes feel overwhelming alongside day-to-day responsibilities. iii. As the company continues to grow, processes and expectations may evolve quickly, requiring employees to adapt frequently.
