Pros
NOTHING TO SAY, no pros at all
Cons
This isn't a workplace, it's an endless political drama. If you're considering working here, save yourself the disappointment. This place thrives on office politics instead of prioritising the actual work. The focus should be on handling cases efficiently and working together as a team, but unnecessary drama often takes centre stage. too much energy is wasted on office politics and internal conflicts. Teamwork is talked about, but rarely practised.
To make matters worse, some of the clerks are surprisingly rude and display very little emotional intelligence when dealing with lawyers. Professionalism and mutual respect seem to be optional rather than expected. Respect should be the minimum standard, yet it often feels absent.
The management rarely recognises or rewards genuine hard work. You can dedicate countless hours, go above and beyond your responsibilities, and still watch others take the credit for your efforts. Bonuses and salary increments are difficult to obtain, making it hard to feel valued or motivated. If you're looking for a workplace that appreciates its people, this probably isn't it.
