Professionalism and mutual respect seem to be optional rather than expected. Respect should be the minimum standard, yet it often feels absent. The management rarely recognises or rewards genuine hard work. You can dedicate countless hours, go above and beyond your responsibilities, and still watch others take the credit for your efforts.
