Training is a joke; you’re thrown into the fire without support, expected to succeed in a system designed to grind you down. Expect to be overworked, underappreciated, and constantly scrutinized. The school pushes students through in all the important careers, just so their retention numbers look good. If retention looks good = more money. Benefits and wages are basic when you have the owner bragging about travelling to Miami to watch the Super Bowl on the beach in a villa with an over 80” TV……must be nice Most programs that have accreditation only have so due to “enhancing documentation” to make it look good
