Pros
Some employees are genuinely there for the students
Cons
The owners are absolutely horrendous to work for. The reviews are true— they only care about making a buck. The treatment of students and staff alike, is something I have never experienced in my entire career. It goes beyond poor leadership, it is abusive and unethical. I have personally witnessed them skew numbers and data to make it look like their students are more successful than reality. There is no room for advancement and you will always be underpaid and under appreciated for the work you do. If you choose to turn down a “promotion” you will be run out of the organization or fired because you do not see their “vision”. I genuinely wish I had taken the time to read other reviews before accepting a position here. I know multiple people who have been put off work due to unsustainable work environments and have legitimately had to attend therapy after the abuse the owners have subjected them to. I also worked there for over two years and do not know one person who has anything positive to say about the owners. The turnover is critically high and contributes to the disorganization of the school, leaving students unprepared for their fields. They are currently focused on recruiting international students to increase their profits; however, provide no support or opportunities to international students. The international students enroll under false pretenses and will be shocked to learn that the school was aware of the struggles they will face post-graduation. If you see a positive review, it is likely a paid actor, AKA their children who work there, yet do not have the qualifications or experience to do the job well (or ethically).
