Company picnic and lots of opportunities to get to know your colleagues throughout the year! The list goes on!!

It's a fairly low stress job. The people are very kind.

The pay is low compared to similar positions. There used to be more opportunities for benefits and bonuses but they continue to decrease as time goes on.
