      Pros

      Fun while it lasts but thats not long.

      Cons

      I worked here for a few months when they first started. It was great until they out of nowhere laid off about half the streamers due to a change in direction and not based on performance. Fine, whatever but there was no exit package and just threw us all out like it was nothing. They also started paying their streamers way less. Paychecks were messy and did not make sense.

      Good for growth of your company. Network connections.

      Fast paced. Upper management unclear instructions but there’s always a lot of moving parts so understandable.

      Pros

      Quick hiring process so there’s no delay in that.

      Cons

      They fire their staff constantly overnight with no notice. Constantly threaten to replace you. Will put you on salary to take advantage and overwork you. Payroll is also almost always delayed.
