I worked here for a few months when they first started. It was great until they out of nowhere laid off about half the streamers due to a change in direction and not based on performance. Fine, whatever but there was no exit package and just threw us all out like it was nothing. They also started paying their streamers way less. Paychecks were messy and did not make sense.

this startup is the definition of a sh!t show. my first day, I showed up for training, no one knew what to do with me, including the lady who was told to train me 5 minutes before. the writing was quickly on the wall - they immediately threw me into doing livestreams ALONE with only a couple days of 3 hour trainings. no one gave me instructions, additional tools, or support. they would schedule me through my legally-required breaks and get upset with me for breaking. they would not communicate expectations. when I would ask about scheduling, they would not give me straight answers, but seem upset when I requested more trainings. all the employees are mean to one another, talk sh!t, and competitively tattle to upper management. in my short time there (less than a month) they fired at least 10 people (that I am aware of) in an insanely unprofessional, unprecedented way. it seems they simply suss out who will "drink the kool aid" & act like an NPC for them, then fire anyone else. not to mention, the pay structure is completely whack. you will spend hours & hours livestreaming & only make 1% of your commission once you reach $10k in sales (that's only $100) overall, insanely weird vibes, no opportunities for growth, so much nonsensical drama, no support or communication from upper management. invest your time elsewhere.
