Pros

hard to leave 5 words! Nice offices

Cons

High staff turnover, constantly told your going to be sacked. No organisation, no respect for staff. Told to leave good reviews when you first start. They even charge you for tea and coffee

Pros

I met some lovely people in my time at Overline (not management)

Cons

My experience at Overline had a significant negative impact on my mental health and I would personally not recommend working there. The culture felt extremely toxic and staff turnover was incredibly high. There was little sense of support, progression or appreciation for employees. During my time there, there were no meaningful salary increases, limited opportunities for career development, no overtime incentives and very little positive workplace culture. Management style was often aggressive and uncomfortable. Sales meetings frequently involved shouting, and inappropriate jokes/comments were made in the workplace which many staff found unprofessional. Certain members of management were also regularly rude and dismissive towards staff, to the point that employees would leave meetings visibly upset. One particularly upsetting incident during my time there involved a tragic death outside the office, after which staff were still expected to continue working on calls as normal. That moment really summed up the lack of care shown towards employee wellbeing. Overall, the environment felt heavily profit-driven with very little regard for staff morale or mental health. I say this genuinely: please think carefully before accepting a role here.

Pros

Difficult to think of any

Cons

- Low Pay - Patronising management - Jason Young will make you think he's got your back as all excentic people of his ilk do, but in reality they are a cut throat business who are looking to patronise and take advantage at their own gain for any oppertunity. - Use the company car as some sort of leverage - They track the car, even when you are using it off the job. - I was forced to leave because they found a scratch on the outside of the car. Told me I had to either admit fault and hand in my notice, or they would charge me for the damage and effectively take my pay away from me, and then no doubt get rid of me as well AVOID THESE LOT LIKE THE PLAGUE
